The Collaborator Resource Library is a static website that provides downloadable policy templates and practice guides to organizations partnering with The Bayard Project. Visitors can browse available resources and download documents via links to our secure document storage.

Document Downloads

Documents on this site are stored in Microsoft SharePoint and accessed via secure links. When you click a download link, you are connecting directly to Microsoft's servers. Microsoft may log that request in accordance with their own privacy practices. We do not receive notification when someone downloads a document, and we do not track individual download activity.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a limited technical cookie (typically "__cf_bm") as part of its bot protection and performance services. This cookie does not identify you personally and expires within a short session window. No persistent tracking cookies are used.

How We Use Information

The limited server log data collected through Cloudflare is used only for:

Server log data retained by Cloudflare is subject to Cloudflare's own retention policies. We do not independently store server logs beyond what Cloudflare retains as part of standard hosting services.

Your Choices

Because we do not collect personal information directly, there is no account to delete or profile to modify. If you have questions about data held by Cloudflare or Microsoft in connection with your use of this site, their respective privacy policies and data subject request processes apply.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for use by organizational staff and partners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
